Return & Exchange Policy

Custom Products Policy

Due to the nature of custom work, returns or exchanges will not be accepted.

All custom printed and embroidered items are made to order specifically for you based on your submitted designs, specifications, and personalization requests. Once production begins, these items cannot be resold or repurposed, and therefore we cannot accept returns or exchanges on custom orders.

Damaged or Defective Items

In the event your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately for a replacement.

We stand behind the quality of our work. If you receive an item that is:

  • Damaged during shipping
  • Defective due to a manufacturing error
  • Printed or embroidered incorrectly due to our error
  • Missing items from your order

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at sunsetshirtbar@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged or defective item(s)
  • A description of the issue

We will review your claim and, if approved, provide a replacement at no additional cost to you.

Our Production Errors

If we make an error in production (wrong size, wrong color, incorrect design placement, etc.), we will remake your order at no charge. Please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Customer Design Errors

Please carefully review your design proof before approving production. We are not responsible for:

  • Spelling or grammatical errors in customer-provided text
  • Low-resolution images that result in poor print quality (if approved by customer)
  • Color variations due to differences in customer-provided files
  • Design placement approved by the customer

Once you approve your proof, we cannot accept returns or exchanges based on design elements you approved.

Sizing Issues

We cannot accept returns or exchanges due to incorrect sizing selections. If you have questions about sizing, please contact us before ordering.
